Temporary Accounts Payable role with an immediate start for 6 Months. To aid with month end processes and backlog with the potential to go Permanent.

  • Travel and Tourism
  • Insurance
  • Manufacturing
  • FMCG

Description

The roles and responsibilities will include but limited to:

  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Admin tasks when required

Profile

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Have exposure in the finance function - Specifically in the Purchase Ledger
  • Be proficient in MS Office - Excel and Word
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
