Senior Customer Insight Analyst - £Competitive Salary - Plus Benefits - London - J9851

This amazing and much loved merchant is again recruiting to stay abreast of consumer demand. You will be using advanced analytical techniques and by supervising a team of Customer Insight Analysts to achieve business goals and objectives through the design, delivery and interpretation of customer insight, whilst enjoying great benefits.

Role and Responsibilities
·Define customers and customer relationships.
·Working knowledge of the Data Protection Act
·Demonstrate and convey a thorough understanding of customers and their behaviours
·Develop a thorough and detailed understanding of the Customer Database
·Extract, prepare, analyse and interpret large data sets
·Analyse project briefs and design and the most appropriate analysis approach
·Convert statistical analyses and results into meaningful and relevant customer insights
·Ensure all analyses, recommendations and presentations are produced to exacting quality
·Analysis projects and manage expectations
·Establish and build effective working relationships
·Act as a day-to-day operational interface between the Divisions

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
·Educated to B.Sc,level in a relevant subject i.e. Mathematics, Statistics or related
·Significant experience working with customer data to create insight
·Advanced user of SAS Base, SAS Enterprise Guide & Miner/SPSS/SQL/Excel/ PowerPoint
·First class data manipulation and analytical skills.
·Resolve business issues with commercial goals and objectives
·Possess team supervision and the ability to grow a team
·Be passionate about customer insight
·Deliver actionable recommendations and insights
·Guide and support Analysts to prioritise and manage their workload
·Coach and develop Analysts
·Liaise with other analysts to share knowledge
·Makes things happen to deliver an excellent service.
·Great communication skills with the ability to deliver complex findings to non-technical parties
