Our client, part of a UK wide specialist service operation, is seeking an experienced administrator for their busy office in Newhaven.
The nature of the business dictates that calls and enquiries are responded to in a strict time frame and therefore applicants must be well organised and accurate. Applicants should have a mature outlook, be level headed with a practical approach. Good IT and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience within the insurance industry would be beneficial, however, more important is to have commercial awareness and the ability to co-ordinate projects from beginning to completion.

Duties to include:

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails

Enter all new enquiry information into database

Assist in arranging work schedule for technicians

Record relevant information and documentation required to complete jobs

Order equipment as required for the job

Cost jobs for estimating/invoicing using collated information

Maintain records/Document control

Hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
