·You will be required to administer any starters and leavers within the Business
·Answer internal staff queries effectively and politely
·Update any sickness & holiday records
·Administer any statutory payments
·Calculate any pro rata benefits including holidays and part time pro rata hours.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the payroll function from start to finish, understand all year end requirements and statutory entitlements. This is a fast moving role which requires accuracy, ability to meet the tightest of deadlines and the skills of someone who can communicate across all levels.
