£25,000 + Comms

Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Bolton

My client is a well-established, award-winning company who specialise in the Pensions and Investments sector. They are now looking to recruit experienced Pensions and Investment Advisors to join their expanding team.

The Pension Administrator Role role:

We need an experienced Pensions specialist to assess the viability of mis-sold pension claims. You must be CeFa, CertPFS or FPC qualified and have a detailed understanding of all types of pension products including SIPPs and Pension Transfers. Alternatively, anyone that has handled pension mis-selling complaints whilst working on behalf of a high st bank. The role involves handling inbound warm calls from customers who have lost out as a result of poor pension advice. The adviser will follow a set process to identify any potential mis-selling in order to start a claim against a bank or financial adviser.

Key skills:

    Good understanding of regulated Pension products and sales processes followed by banks and financial advisersExcellent telephone manner is essential and a commitment to the very best customer serviceExcellent sales skillsAbility to work under pressure in an organised way in a very busy officeStrong desire to hit targets to achieve bonus
The Ideal candidate (Pension Administrator)

-FPC or CeFA qualification

-Given financial advice in High Street bank or IFA

-Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

-Detailed knowledge and understanding of Pensions
