Our client is looking for an individual to assist in the award of new business in the commercial contract cleaning sector, with a base in the Manchester area. Our Client has more than 40 years' experience, taking care of their customers' facilities requirements whilst ensuring quality, efficiency and flexibility. The company increasingly supplies to its customers, a combination of soft services and they have exciting plans for their business development and growth plans for the UK.

Role Description:

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Clients
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Selling Contract Cleaning services to the Commercial Sector in Central London
  • Sourcing and developing your own appointments and opportunities as well as working from company generated leads
  • Working closely with the Sales Director and Business Development Teams to identify and nurture high level opportunities on a national scale
  • Liaising with the internal sales support function and bid team regarding on-going tender opportunities
  • Building your own pipeline
  • To propose new ideas to the Sales Director which will improve the services delivered
  • To develop new business across the public and private sectors
  • To achieve an agreed financial revenue target per annum
  • To build a visible pipeline
  • KPI's will include value of quote bank, number of bids, conversion rates, number of opportunities passed to telemarketing etc
  • To achieve and exceed sales targets.
