Our client, a market leading Procurement Company, is recruiting for the role of a Credit Controller. This is an exciting role within an innovative company. The successful candidate will act as a liaison, and resolve any invoice queries that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Helping achieve this will expose the business to greater opportunities.
Daily duties include but are not restricted to:·Daily administration of invoices·Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints·Record details of actions taken·Maintain customer databases·Follow up on customer interactions·Calls to clients to chase payments on their accounts
Key Skills·Proven credit control, administration and organisation skills·Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & Word)·Ability to communicate successfully at all levels ·Proven ability to work on own initiative and effective at working in an autonomous environment·Analytical approach to problem·Excellent personal and communication skills are essential as is the need to be both adaptable and flexible·Must be self-motivated and forward thinking
