Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting an interim Accounts Payable Clerk for a national FMCG company based in Esher. This role is an ongoing temporary contract and seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to start in early January.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Match, batch and code a high volume of invoices.
  • Deal with supplier queries.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Bacs payments.
  • Take responsibility of the prepayment invoices.
  • Pre-payments and accruals.
  • Ad hoc duties.

Your Profile

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have had previous experience in a fast moving Accounts Payable role. They must be a self-starter and able to work well in a team. The candidate must be able to handle a large volume of invoices each day and have a methodical style of work. Candidates will be asked to undertake a skills test before being put forward.

The Company

This role is located in the companies stunning offices in Esher, there is a golf course on-site parking for staff. The company is a large FMCG corporation which encompasses a number of house hold name brands. This is a great opportunity for someone to work within a well-established Accounts Payable function in a big name company.

Salary and Benefits

£10 - 13 per hour, onsite parking.
