Our client is currently looking to grow their administration team and looking to recruit a Claims Executive for an ever expanding, new and exciting company, based in modern offices near Macclesfield.

You will be a strong administrator with at least 12 months of experience within a similar role with a can do and positive attitude. You will be working within a close-knit team but must be comfortable working independently and using your own initiative.

To be successful in this role you will need:
-Strong customer service focus
-Positive and friendly telephone manner
-To be able to build rapport up to director level
-Excellent questioning and listening skills
-Comply with Data Protection and Confidentiality guidelines
-Build and maintain expert knowledge in order to conduct the role
-Share knowledge and best practice with team and group members and provide support as necessary
-Share ideas for improvement with management team
-Attend training courses arranged by the company
-Carry out any other duties within capabilities as required by the needs of the business
