Description: Ericsson SRAN Specialist to work within the Advanced Technical Support team for a major UK operator. This person will be the point of contact for issues that cannot be resolved by the operator’s first line support teams. The successful candidate shall be able to resolve complex issues within the Operator SRAN environment. Support will be provided by Ericsson’s product line so previous experience of working either for Ericsson or another major mobile operator would be highly advantages.
