Telesales Advisors:

Our client, a highly successful company, is looking for highly motivated Telesales Advisor to join their ever expanding PPI team. If you are looking for a role in which you can utilise your exceptional sales techniques, then this could be the role for you.

The role requires a friendly, professional, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills, great time management, a sales mentality and the ability to think effectively and efficiently to make independent decisions on each case

Key responsibilities include:

·Calling new customers using warm leads

·Managing the initial call with potential new clients

·Adhering to scripts, taking full details and ensuring a potential client’s case meet the specific acceptance criteria

·Proficient processing of cases through the case management system

·Management of outstanding cases to be retained

·Reporting of KPI’s

·Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system

·Ensuring sales targets are achieved, along with other activity-based targets
