Contract Business Systems Analyst - Durham
Contract Business Analyst Role – County Durham - £200-300/day
This role will focus on how the companies uses/will use information and technologies to allow them to make decisions on how to invest in, maintain, and manage their assets to achieve ideal business outcomes. The client will be introducing a new asset and work management system, as well as new, and innovative, ways of working to improve their approach to manage the businesses assets. This new technology/system will improve efficiency, and allow employees to do their job quicker and easier, as well as making sure the right people are doing the right thing when it comes to asset related roles, and providing solutions and guidance so that they can manage their asset related data better.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in Business Analysis. The role will involve the following responsibilities/require the following skills:
- Organisational Design (must have!)
- Change management
- Data analysis of asset performance and condition monitoring
- Data Rationalisation
- Pre-project analysis from idea/concept to project initiation
- Workshop facilitation
- Risk identification and analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Any form of HR experience would be beneficial but not a necessity at all
