National Accounts Co-ordinator – Leicester – £Competitive

3RECRUIT are currently on the lookout for a National Accounts Co-ordinator to join one of our key clients.

My client, a global brand Contractor specialise in the provision of new and used heavy plant machinery into the Construction and Industrial industries aim to provide their plant with the highest level of product support available in the market.


The main purpose of this role is to respond to National Account Customer service enquiries and orders efficiently and accurately to ensure we meet the customer demand and expectation. This role is a front line, demanding, fast paced Customer facing role which requires you to build strong Customer relationships within the National Accounts sector of the business to ensure we provide a first-class level of Customer Service to the Customer at all times.


·Build strong and positive relationships with customer database and on occasion face to face.

·Build and document knowledge about the customer business and technical setup on and as and when basis.

·Feedback any important customer information to the Company.

·Prompt upload of National Accounts paperwork to the 24/7 computer system (five-day deadline).

·Prompt and accurate updates to the 24/7 computer system.

·Manage the recovery and return of machine to the depots to prevent unrecoverable hire charges.

·Liaise with Workshop Foreman to manage the repairs through to completion within RTS.

·Support Service Department with switchboard overflow calls and other where required.

·WIP management (includes chasing and closing off orders and sublets).

·WIP revenue management.

·Accurate data reporting for Customer.

·Accurate data reporting for Product Support Director.

·Present a professional image at all times.

·Carry out all work practices in line with company health and safety policy.

·Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining profitability.


·To communicate efficiently and express your ideas clearly and confidently at all levels verbally, in print and via the telephone.

·Teamwork, ability to work confidently within a group and on own initiative.

·Time Management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
