Planning Enforcement officer

Are you looking for a new assignment with in planning enforcement or looking to gain experience in planning enforcement?

A Central London Authority is currently looking to recruit for a Planning Enforcement officer to assist for an initial 3 month period; with a view to extend there after.

The Council is based with in easy walking distances from both Underground and overground stations. The Authority is divers by nature covering both urban and rural aspects with in the boundaries.

The suitable candidate would be:

  • Working with the planning enforcement team - To manage a range of enforcement investigations, a full range of planning enforcement work including the production of reports, formal enforcement action and witness statements and ensuring the legal position of the Council is protected. To respond to customers through a range of channels (for example telephone and in writing) within specified timescales

The contract would be paying between £25.00 - £30.00 per hour, full time (Mon- Friday) on a 3 month initial contract.
