Motor Claims Advisor



Monday to Friday

We are looking for confident communicators to join the business in a Motor Claims role. This position will be based around taking incoming calls from customers and assisting them in whichever means appropriate.

There is training available however candidates with previous Motor Experience/ Interest in Motor will be favoured.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities

  • Answer and deal with incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Speak to both garages and customers, negotiating parts and labour costs.
  • Resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
  • Develop knowledge of our clients and policy terms and conditions.
  • Handle written communication to and from customers.
  • Assist in the general administration workflow.
  • Maintain PC literacy – you need a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Communication Skills

  • Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills with clients, customers and colleagues.


  • 6 months experience in the Customer Service Centre.
  • Experience within the Motor industry
