Working for a highly reputable business operating on a national basis within the service sector, you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller, assuming responsibility for following up outstanding invoices, arranging the settlement of payments due and producing ledger information in a report format. This role is a part time opportunity comprising of 20 to 30 hours per week – hours and days negotiable.

About The Role
You will contact customers with outstanding debt by telephone and email with the objective of arranging settlement of outstanding invoices. You will monitor aged debt and provide reports to the Group Financial Controller. You will be dealing with client and bank reconciliations. In addition to the Credit Control function you will also assist with the sales ledger process and provide financial information and analysis to support the monthly reporting process.

About You
You must be experienced in the Credit Control / Sales Ledger process.
