Fantastic opportunity as a Finance Assistant on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract based in Banbury. This is an opportunity to work in an inclusive office and develop your skill set. This position has a high opportunity of going permanent.

As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that you process transactions into the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers on a weekly basis. Includes purchase order issue and receipting, invoice process to Accenture, statement reconciliation and supplier liaison for payment queries. Daily review of invoice rejection log and corrective action to clear all items. Review of late PO charge report and seek improvements to reduce or minimise penalty charges. Support for vendor payments including set up of new accounts.

  • Raise sales invoices
  • Purchasing / Procurement compliance in line with DHL process
  • Maintain Procurement cards in line with DHL Process
  • Other Adhoc requirements in support of Finance & Admin Mgr and team
  • Operational Context


At least 3 years experience in a finance role

Maths GSCE Level or equivalent

At least 3 years experience in a finance role
