Technical Services Manager - Life Sciences - Birmingham

A growing Life Sciences company, based in Birmingham, is currently looking for a new Technical Services Manager who can run their Services and Complaints Handling teams. Managing five direct reports who manage larger teams.

You will ensure all complaints and enquires are handled fully to company's procedures. Due to the complex nature of the work you will need to have come from a life science, pharmaceutical or medical devices background and be used to working to complex regulations.

As you will be managing people having past line management experience is essential. You will ideally hold a degree within a life sciences discipline, however having work experience in the field is more important.
