Maths Teaching Assistant - The Graduate
The school are looking for a recent, enthusiastic Maths graduate to join their team! Previous school based experience is not necessary, although if you have worked with children or young people in a different setting you will be able to transfer these skills into your new role. You will need to be resilient, passionate and ready to get involved with day-to-day school life from the off.

Maths Teaching Assistant - The Role

You will be working as a welcomed team member to the school's Maths department, supporting pupils with their learning and staff to deliver outstanding lessons. You will spend some time working with KS3 (Year 7-9) pupils, although primary focus will be given to GCSE pupils needing 1:1 intervention to support them through their exams.

Best of all you can build your experience working school hours, Monday-Friday, leaving you time to keep other part-time commitments if you desire. The role is for the rest of the academic year, giving you a real sense of job security and purpose.
