Credit Hire Advisor
Due to positive growth an opportunity has arisen with our client for a Credit Hire Team Leader, ideally from a credit hire background.
This role will be based around managing a team and case load of existing claims passed on to the ongoing hire and roadworthy department by our New Claims Team. This role will involve the successful candidate taking receipt of any new claims where our client’s vehicle is deemed un roadworthy and roadworthy by our New Claims Team, arranging like for like replacement vehicles for our clients, monitoring ongoing hire & providing both insurers and our clients with regular updates about their claims.
The role may also involve discussions with any at fault parties insurance company regarding liability. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the team are recommending our panel of solicitors to clients where the claimant has sustained an injury.
The successful candidate will also manage a team of people conducting the same role on a daily basis, keeping a close monitor on their teams day to day tasks and ensuring that each member is completing their diary to the best of their ability and the team leader will conduct regular reviews of the teams case load ensuring that priority files are prioritised and processes followed correctly.
The successful candidate would be:
- an excellent communicator,
- able to negotiate
- have a great telephone manner
Previous experience in a claims handling role at management or team leader position is essential.
Knowledge of Pro Claim would be an advantage.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 8am and 18.00pm
