Our client is an established Loss Adjustors firm, based in Cardiff City Centre. They currently have a need for Claims Handlers to work within the Home Emergency department. The candidate will be required to work weekends only

The Claims Handler will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from clients who wish to make insurance claims. You will then need to input all relevant data onto the database, and pass the call on to the relevant department.

You will have / will be:

• Exceptional customer service skills to enable you to deal with Clients, Brokers and Policyholders -

training will be provided

• A positive and pro-active attitude to exceeding client and customer expectations

• Excellent telephone manner

• Strong communication skills - both written and oral

• Accurate keyboard skills

• IT literacy
