Salary - c.£35-50k although upper level tbc but client willing to be open minded as key role and willing to discuss those on a higher salary with the company, in addition, bonus c.10% tbc, 23 days holiday + 8 Bank Holiday, company contributory pension etc (detail below)

Reporting to the Head of Analytics
Desirable Experience (although open minded as to exact fit)
·Approx. 2-3 years upwards working in SEO/Acquisition
·The ability to understand our business and objectives.
·To develop recommendations and work with the team to implement.
·Involved in meetings to discuss requirements, make tactical recommendations and present findings/results
·Ability to work with external agencies
·Website Technical Analysis and Recommendations
·URL structure recommendations and redirect strategies
·Site speed audits
·Ownership of the development of services related to the role
·Involved in creation of content and content planning
·Involvement in the relevant reports, to be delivered via Google Analytics.
·Keep abreast of all developments in the SEO industry
·Ensuring good working relationships are maintained with all team members and other departments within the company

·Understand key algorithm updates and SEO implications.
·Keyword research and using Webmaster Tools.
·Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
·Experience in working with different internal and external stakeholders and managing their expectations.
·An active interest in SEO, digital content and PPC.

·Advanced Microsoft Office skills
·Experience using any CMS platform
