Experienced Book Keeper/Accounts Administrator
£23,000 PA

We are currently recruiting an Experienced Book Keeper/Accounts Administrator for our rapidly growing client based in Sittingbourne.

You will not only be dealing with the accounts for this site but also their new site based in Belvedere, which is done remotely from the Sittingbourne office.

You will be working alongside trained staff but would be expected to be able to deputise for holidays & sickness cover.

Key Requirements:

• Good up to date detailed knowledge of Sage Accounting software is essential

• Have a good knowledge of bookkeeping in general and some payroll experience

• Experience of working with currency, EC Sales List, Intrastat, Invoice Financing

• Use of bespoke software integrated with Sage - training will be provided

• Work within a small team of people

• Have experience of an industrial environment (preferable)

• Flexibility in working although the company hours are 8:00am - 5:00pmMonday to Friday.

• Good telephone skills as the job would also involve quoting prices from a price sheet to suppliers

• Get involved with all other areas of the business to build up knowledge of the industry.

These are the main requirements but one of the main skills is to be able to deal with any issues as they arise quickly and efficiently in a fast paced growing company.
