Life Insurance Advisors:

Our client, a highly successful company with services available for families, businesses, home, mild illness, and budgets, is looking for highly motivated Life Insurance Advisors to join their ever expanding team. If you are looking for a role in which you can utilise your exceptional sales techniques, then this is could be the role for you.

The role requires a friendly, professional, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills, great time management, a sales mentality and the ability to think effectively and efficiently to make independent decisions on each case

Key responsibilities include:

·Making outbound calls generating client claims

·Building rapport with clients, arranging any call backs necessary

·Logging information relating to each client on CRM System

·Keeping an organised spread sheet of all call-backs

·Maximise revenue and sales for the business through cross selling.

Key Skills and Experience required include:

·Enthusiasm and keen to learn

·Excellent communication and rapport building skills

·Ability to negotiate and close new sales

·Self-motivated and a hunger for success

·Good IT skills including the use of CRM databases

·Accurate and timely data entry skills

What you’ll get in return:

·OTE £25k plus (uncapped) £16-18k Basic salary dependent on experience
