It’s probably the most exciting time in our business’ history just now. We’re opening an amazing new commercial hub in Reading town centre that will hold a sizeable commercial team. One of the members of that team is a Marketing Planning & Reporting Manager, we looking for someone who is at the top of their game to join our Revolution in Reading
The Customer Planning & Reporting Manager will report directly into the Head of Propositions & Customer Experience and will be responsible for all of the marketing planning. You’ll be looking at, and analysing the ROI on activity across the digital, print and other channels. You’ll also own the budgets overall and will be responsible for the marketing plan, you’ll need to make decisions on what we’re going to do, when we’re going to do it, how much it’ll cost and what the ROI will be on it. You’ll also build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from our internal systems and turn them into easy to understand packs and presentations for the UK Exec
To be a hit in this role you’ll need a degree in a Marketing or related subject, you’ll need a proven record in providing planning and reporting in a business environment, you’ll need to provide the ‘facts behind the fluff’ for us. We need someone that has an analytical mind to unearth opportunity and someone that has the flair and commercial acumen to seize the opportunity. If you came from a B2B sales focussed business with Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, then that would be the icing on the cake.
