Redwood Search are delighted to be recruiting for our Bromsgrove based clients who, due to expansion are looking for an experienced administrator to join their friendly, dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working for a company that heavily invests in their employees.

Due to the location of this position, you will need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Main duties:

  • Supporting MD and Business Manager
  • Reporting to Customer Service and Delivery Manager
  • Responsibility for processing monthly bill run
  • Manage billing additions
  • Manage contracts
  • Order processing on CRM (Salesforce)
  • Order provisioning
  • Remote system setup, configuration and amendments
  • Customer queries
  • Fault management
  • 1st line reaction to service desk tickets
  • Training and support of Junior Provisioning Administrator
  • Social Media overview

Requirements for the role:

  • Strong MS Office skills especially Excel
