Senior Payroll Adminstrator
Salary £20,000 - £23,000 DOE
Duties·Input of amendments to gross pay·Running Gross to Net·Preparing RTI Information including FPS, EPS and if possible CIS·Preparing and processing Auto Enrolment for clients, preparing pension reports and uploading to various pension providers·Monitor the effectiveness of office procedures and make improvement recommendations·Support the Payroll Team as required, being aware of colleagues’ workload and provide advice where necessary
Candidate Requirements·3-5 years’ practical experience of running weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish·Experience of using various BACS payments software·Experience of using Sage 50 Payroll is beneficial·Knowledge of HMRS Legislation, Statutory Payments, and Auto Enrolment·Be able to work alone as well as part of a team, work well under pressure and to tight deadlines·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as client liaison is an absolute necessity in this role
This is a full time, permanent position with working hours of Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
