Your new role
To help improve and extend our test automation frameworks, develop tools to support our highly-skilled Test Team and test our range of world class products for industry. This is a trainee role and we are looking for potential not just skills. You will learn the most current development tools and practices as you progress to being a Developer in Test with options to become a Developer-in-Test or join the one of our Embedded Software or PC Tools teams as a developer. You will have the chance to learn from experienced testers and developers in a fast-paced by very supportive environment.
We are looking for someone who can make a difference, with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and share and a desire to drive change. More than test automation, real development work to support our highly-skilled test team with new tools. You will be working in a demanding, but truly supportive environment.

What you'll need to succeed
? Degree (or equivalent qualification) in maths/software eng./computing/electronics/engineering
? Coding skills - either as part of a degree or other means
? Attention to detail. Meticulous and thorough
? Experience of Windows environments
? Proven experience in test automation
? Proven ability to learn quickly
? Familiarity with Microsoft Tools: Visual Studio and Test Manager
? Experience working in software development
? Experience of Agile
