My client is looking for an enthusiastic, determined person to join the Apprenticeships team based in Manchester City Centre.

The main responsibility of the Apprenticeship Admin and Compliance Manager is to take full ownership and accountability over the Apprenticeship administration, compliance and MI functions.


  • Oversee all Admin, MIS and Compliance functions across Apprenticeships
  • Ensure systems and processes are fully compliant and high quality evidenced is produced
  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of ESFA funding rules and implementing the required evidence standards
  • The co-ordination and submission of learner data, ensuring compliance and quality
  • Train and develop staff to meet organisational standards and standards required by the funding, awarding bodies and other external partners
  • Conduct monthly internal audits
  • Manage an agreed team, ensuring a consistent approach to company administration
  • Develop relationships with lead partners and ensure we are a partner of choice based on administrative systems

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience in a similar role - Essential
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of managing SFA/EFA or ESF funded contracts - Essential
  • Management Experience - Essential
  • Previous experience of PICS or similar software - Essential
  • Level 3 qualification in relevant occupational area - Desirable
  • Experience of planning and delivering systems flexibly - Essential
  • A commitment to the provision of a high quality learning experience - Essential
