Job Purpose
To manage operational, customer, system and staff requirements for the Key Accounts Dept
Principle Accountabilities/Tasks
•Main point of contact for Key Accounts client base•Manage Client supply-chain requirements from origin to destination•Ensure suppliers are monitored and targets achieved•Host client, supplier & internal reviews•Compile regular KPI Reports & ad-hoc reporting on request•Monitor and control accounting functions•Ensure high standards of information and accuracy are maintained•Oversee system requirements and development. •Oversee staff performance and management of team requirements•Investigate all requests and resolve in a timely and succinct manner•Comply with deadlines•Promote a positive and supportive working environment equally for all members of the team•Ensure the team maintain Health and Safety standards and observe best practices in relation to any other work related laws•Facilitate any other reasonable request made in the line of duty

•Excel Spreadsheet essential•Visual Basic, Macro’s and Formulas essential•Microsoft Office/Word•E-mail/fax/copier•IT Skills•Bespoke in-house Freight Forwarding System
•Freight Industry experience
