Our exclusive client, a fast growing manufacturing company in Doncaster is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Contracts team in a newly created role of Contracts Invoice Analyst, working closely with the finance team. Duties will include:

Set up and maintain final quote/ tender information for QS's and national developers

Managing variations to the order during the course of the contract, so that accurate invoices can be generated and reconciled to orders

Liaising regularly internally and externally to resolve supply and invoice queries

Ensure correct order authorisations are received

Process customer applications for payment, ensuring that invoicing agrees to quotes, identify and resolve any differences prior to release to customer and release invoices

Liaise with the finance department on credit control issues

Undertake contract reporting in Excel to support the commercial team

Resolve legacy issues in debt recovery and customer queries

Manage the master data pricing maintenance to resolve pricing queries and liaise with finance on ongoing price control

The ideal candidate:

Experience of working in a contracts/manufacturing environment in a financial analyst or credit control position, be numerate and analytical, with attention to detail IT Literacy including strong excel and ideally a reporting tool such as Cognos or Business Objects Experience of commercial and financial control and reporting processes is an advantage. Good reconciliation skills are also required for this role along with strong interpersonal skills.
