Do you have some previous experience of general Insurance Claims Handling?

Are you looking to develop your career further within the insurance arena?

Would you like to move into Pet Insurance Claims handling where ongoing support and on the job training would be provided, all within a friendly team?

Then we would very much like to hear from you!

Due to continued and planned growth, our client is searching for 2 additional Pet Insurance Claims Handlers and are keen to attract individuals who have a basic or good grounding in general Insurance Claims Handler who are keen to develop their careers within the Pet Insurance Claims arena.

Ultimately, you will be handling incoming calls from the general public relating to their Pet Insurance claim, gathering any necessary information required in an efficient and timely manner, updating the system records to accurately and clearly reflect the claim journey and keeping the customer informed at all times, in accordance with the principals of Treating Customers Fairly, or as you would wish to be treated.

Additional skills we are seeking:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Respect for business and customer confidentiality
Organised and methodical
Previous experience gained within a friendly contact centre setting could be helpful
The ability to deliver in terms of exceptional levels of customer service

Applicants must be educated to a minimum GCSE standard or equivalent.
