As part of the Real Estate Practice Group, the Real Estate Energy team focuses on advising numerous market leading developers, buyers and funders of energy projects, particularly those within the real clean estate investor, energy sectors.

You will be responsible for assisting in supporting clean energy projects to include negotiation of options for easements and easements, managing the process of obtain searches and commenting on the results, post completion work, and assisting in reporting on complex titles. You will update client reports (including work flow and financial reports), respond to client queries and deal with the administration of those title deeds and prepare title reports. You will be expected to identify non-standard cases/legal issues and to refer these to the supervising lawyer in a timely manner. You will assist the team (2 partners, 6 associates and 2 other legal assistant) with ad hoc queries and client related admin.

Key responsibilities::

Skills and experience::

We would like to meet with candidates who have been able to acquire legal experience either through working in a commercial conveyancing environment or through completion of the LPC course, having taken the Commercial Property elective. You will be able to assist / deal with all aspects of commercial conveyancing from approving contracts, reviewing titles and searches and progressing cases through the key conveyancing stages on your own cases.

Key competencies::

You will be a committed, driven team player with excellent communication and organisation skills as well as being able to meet strict deadlines. You will have experience in commercial real estate transactions. You will also have the ability to work under pressure in addition to being flexible and resilient.
