New Product Development Manager / Lead Design Engineer
We are looking for a new addition to our multifunctional engineering team designing innovative lighting products at our large site in Doncaster. You will be managing new product development projects from concept to completion and working with a very knowledgeable and passionate team.

Working within a multi-disciplined team of development engineers
Project managing all aspects of new product development with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical/ electronics design processes
Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining engineering standards and implementing efficiencies and savings
Running and managing NPD tollgate process
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages, bringing them to a successful and timely completion
Understanding Tollgate design process
Strong communication skills and ability to work within an international, matrix based organisation
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and electronics design
Ideally experience of using VAVE methodology
Qualification in electrical/ electronics or mechanical engineering
