We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a team of 8 existing staff.

Your main tasks and Responsibilities will include:
* Liaising directly with allocated financial advisers on a regular basis.
* Analysing data and using research tools to provide solutions to meet client's needs and objectives
* Providing records to support research undertaken
* Consolidation of client's needs and objectives, together with the recommendations in a written format via a suitability letter, client illustration and key features document.
* Carrying out all tasks to be consistent with compliance procedures.
* Liaising with the Intrinsic Compliance Team on a regular basis.
* Liaising with providers to obtain outstanding ceding scheme information
* Ensuring that each adviser is kept updated with the progress of their cases.

* Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
* An interest of working in the Financial Services Industry
* Experience within a corporate office environment

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with an exceptional attention to detail.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
