Purchase Ledger Clerk needed for immediate start

Your new company

This growing organisation, based in Salisbury, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them initially on a temporary basis. There is also an opportunity, for the right candidate, to be made permanent. My client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Your new role

In your new role you will be working within a team of 8 and will be responsible for the Purchase Ledger. You will be inputting and processing Invoices. You will be responsible for preparing the end of month payment runs and completing statement reconciliations. You will need to chase copy invoices and will be posting any direct debit or standing orders.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have previously worked within a similar position. My client uses Sage 200 and therefore experience with this system would be advantageous. You will also be competent on Excel. You must also be able to start immediately.
