Desktop Support engineer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a desktop support engineer to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Brighton.

As a Desktop Support engineer you will be responsible for desktop support, remote desktop support, project work, laptop/desktop builds, customer training/education, ticket management, hardware support, software deployment and local manual installations and much more!

As a Desktop support engineer you will have strong working knowledge of ms windows operating systems, ms office, outlook, exchange , networking fundamentals, good understanding of printers /MFP devices.

Your customer skills will be second to none as this is an extremely customer focused role.

Hours are 9-6pm 40 hours a week.
