As one of the largest independent Mortgage specialists in the North West, my client are now ready for their next growth phase and require a Mortgage Administrator to support them.
With exceptional relationships with the UK's leading New Build construction companies, their business model is unique and has enabled them to establish themselves as one of the biggest names in the industry.
A dynamic and exciting mortgage advice company looking to recruit their latest key team member to support their ever-expanding business. The role is to support the Mortgage Advisers and manage their caseloads through to completion. You will need great communication and customer service skills as you interact with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other professionals involved in the home moving and mortgage process.
As a company, they look to 'develop their own' people so a medium to long term aspiration to progress towards Mortgage Adviser status would be encouraged. The company will support the right candidate with coaching, training and financial contributions towards passing the industry qualifications required as well as providing the ideal environment to learn the mortgage industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
Processing mortgage applications through to completion.
Liaising with mortgage lenders and working through their requirements to see each case to successful mortgage offer.
Updating clients and dealing with enquiries.
Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle large workloads effectively
Career driven mindset
Interacting with Mortgage Advisers to support them with each client.
Dealing with all enquiries in to the office.
Updating our bespoke software packages and usual office systems (full training given)
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will need to be articulate, comfortable with all Microsoft packages, general computer work and have great interpersonal skills. The role will suit a person with aspirations to build a long-term career.
20 days holiday plus Bank holidays.
