We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role UX Designer.

In this role, you will:
  • Follow User-Centred Design methods, industry best practices and trends, as well as HSBC UI/UX component, and pattern libraries in creating accessible user journeys and products for the bank's customers
  • Deliver (mainly, but not limited to) mood boards, sketches, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, user testing materials, interaction definitions, and high fidelity screen designs following brand guidelines
  • Articulate ideas and presenting on regular basis to provide an expert opinion and solve design problems
  • Communicate design tasks and plans clearly and regularly with the digital product managers and other team members, and planning own work in an organised manner
  • Be an effective team player with positive attitude, easily adapting and responding to changing requirements
  • Work closely with Business Analyst and Developers to validate and implement design deliverables

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience in User-Centred Design methodology and its implementation
  • Skilled in the use of various software tools, such as Sketch, In Vision, Adobe CC etc.
  • Previous experience as a UX Designer
  • Have achieved targets and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
