Priority Plumbing - Weybridge - Deputy Store Manager

We are currently looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our team. We put the customer at the heart of everything we do so we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delighting customers and being flexible to meet the demands of a busy store.

What will I be doing in the role?

In the role as a Deputy Store Manager your key responsibilities will be;

  • Supporting the Store Manager to maximise profitability

  • Helping to achieve store targets.

  • Build great customer relationships and motivate a team

  • Developing and managing the rest of the team and promoting the services and products we offer

  • You will be central to ensuring the store operates in a safe, secure and professional manner
