1st Line Support/IT Support required for an initial 2 month contract to join a small IT Team based in London.

Location: London (Covent Garden)
Type: Contract
Duration: 2 months
Rate: £15 per hour (Umbrella / LTD)

Duties:
- First line support
- Keeping to SLAs to ensure expectations are met.
- Building, imaging, deployment of new and existing hardware
- Desk side support when required

Key requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System
- Knowledge of AD
- Exposure to Chrome OS/and or Mac OS is desired but not required
