Software Support Consultant

Software Support Analysts must live or be able to commute from the Cambridge office. This is a permanent role, which will involve providing telephone and email support to customers on the company web based products. Software Support Engineers will also be required to provide internal ICT support in the office.

This Software Support role with give the candidate an opportunity to grow into a development / technical consultant role within the Systems / Software development team, should you desire.

The Software Support Analyst will need a good understanding of SQL and Application Support experience. Good knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desired.

This Software Support role will suit someone who has a strong understanding in applications support / development including project work, technical specification, development, documentation and unit testing.
