We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Operations Manager to join our team in Watford. The role is a full time, permanent position (39 hours a week) offering a competitive salary.

The Role - Store Operations Manager
If you have the right approach to success, this is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in one of our key decorating centres. With your focus firmly on driving sales, you’ll lead your team in delivering outstanding customer service, maximising profitability & pro-actively seeking to expand your customer base. As our Store Operations Manager you’ll use your undoubted retail skills to run the centre smoothly and effectively through stock and credit control, audits and more.
A paint industry background isn’t vital, as we will support you with full training. What’s more important is your first class retail management experience, along with commercial and sales flair. Your hands-on approach and people management/development skills will help you to create a positive team environment. We’re also looking for a flexible approach to working hours.
