We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Residential Property Department in our Chesterfield office.
The successful applicant will be a team player with good administration, IT and communication skills, since the role will involve significant contact with clients, both face to face and by telephone. Ideally candidates will have good working knowledge of conveyancing, its procedures and processes and the ability to work both independently and under supervision. The role requires an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated and confident.
We have a fully developed conveyancing case management system, so previous experience in such systems as well as MS Office applications would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
Previous Conveyancing experience is essential but further training will be given to the successful applicant.
Due to our high service levels we would also require applicants to be reliable, organised and extremely efficient.
