The Role…With the support of the Company Directors, you will be responsible for developing the London Branch to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs. You will lead and manage the branch’s divisions through day to day sales, relationship and business developments and through the development, training and reviewing of the sales and administrative performance of the Divisional Managers and teams.
This role reports directly into the Operations Director and has full scope for developing the London office, with the potential of growth through the addition of new divisions.
The Person…Are you ambitious, confident and a good communicator with excellent interpersonal, management and motivational skills? You must be organised and focused with excellent attention to details and the ability to plan effectively. As a team leader and player, experience in managing, developing and supporting a team with proven results and successful sales experience is essential whilst a background in recruitment is advantageous. Living within a reasonable commute to the office is essential.
