We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager working 39 hours per week to be responsible for the successful running of our store in Romford.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for:

Ensuring exceptional operational and commercial standards within agreed budgetsMaximising and driving store sales, performance and profitabilityProviding the team with support and direction; ultimately delivering Moss Bros Group business objectivesKey responsibilities:

Support the Area Manager in the delivery of the retail strategic planTo deliver Company standards, strategies and initiativesTo achieve the stores sales targets by maximizing profits, minimizing costs and managing workforce budgetsTo deliver excellent customer service standards managementExcellent management guidance and supportTo drive and ensure store compliance with Company policyTo ensure Brand Image is driven and showcasedTo minimize loss by ensuring all loss prevention is in placeStockroom processing and replenishment procedures are in placeTo maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, monitoring activity of local competitorsKey experience & skills:

Preferably educated to A Level Standard or EquivalentExperience of working as a Store Manager, preferably in the Menswear industryExperience of leading, managing and training large teams effectively and management of employee relationsProven track record in driving sales and KPI attainment in a highly-complex retail store environmentExperience of working with Microsoft Office applicationsIf you believe you have the required skills and necessary experience for this role, we would love to hear from you!
