Half a million girls, young women and adults are involved in Girlguiding across the UK. We give girls the chance to discover their full potential and encourage them to be a powerful force for good, supported by 100,000 committed volunteers. We are looking for a Sales and Information Administrator who will provide overall customer service support, ensuring that we deliver high standards of customer care. Trading Service provides uniform, resources, badges and gifts to our members along with other customer services.  We are currently developing the customer service experience we deliver and are looking for someone who’s passionate about helping to improve Girlguiding. Girlguiding is looking for a motivated and dynamic administrator to join the team on for 30 hours per week.  The hours for this role are flexible, however, Monday and Friday must be worked. Option available to have up to 4 non working weeks in the six weeks before August bank holiday.  As an administrator you will be required to work as part of the Sales and Information Team providing an effective sales processing service to the Associations customers.  You will also be required to process customer information enquiries efficiently ensuring agreed levels of service are met.  The job involves telephone and some face to face customer contact.  You will be computer literate in MS Office, and you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all level.  This is a busy environment where every day is different.  You should enjoy customer interaction and working as part of a team that’s sociable, fun and thrives on providing excellent customer service.
