Franklin Bates are proud to be currently working with a financial organisation based in the Buckinghamshire area. They are a well-known name with an amazing track record and reputation holding over 150 years of experience, including a huge international presence.

Whilst going through many dynamic changes and upgrades, this business is on the hunt for an experienced and knowledgeable permanent Product Manager to aid and execute these changes and solutions throughout the organisation.


This Product Manager will be joining a thriving and very capable team and you will be a reliable, hardworking and active addition. You will be responsible to drive change and help with the implementation and design stage of the new CRM system which will solve critical business customer problems across many platforms. With this role, one of your many tasks will be to own the end to end delivery of this transition stage to create ease for all departments and people involved. This whole process including the; design, development, implementation and support will require your supervision and involvement from the very start so a multi-tasker and quick learner is essential for this role due to the amount of information and skills there will be to understand and captivate in a very short amount of time.

How will you achieve this?

You will be supporting all features of the product roadmap and responsible for creating the necessary priorities for the development teams involved. You will be working with stakeholder’s business-wide and will be accountable for meeting their needs as well as the needs of the client. To do this, you will be able to quickly identify opportunities and translating business requirements into user stories. You will work with Product Managers and Technical Leads when working through the SDLC and most importantly, be an ambassador for the product internally.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in DIGITAL product ownership
  • Experience within a retail banking environment is essential
  • Experience with one of the following: Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), Information Systems, High Transactional Websites, Business Intelligence (BI), ERP System.
  • Digital and commercial knowledge with an interest in User Experience (UX)
