You will use your technical expertise to deliver value to the group operating companies by improving and transforming IT, and you will gain experience and insight into the international airline industry.

As a Senior IT Delivery Manager you will initially be aligned to the MRO and Cargo business domains across the group.You willbe a specialist in your field, with substantial experience of:

  • Shaping and successfully delivering a large scale portfolio of IT programmes in a global environment, with clear alignment to business plan objectives. You lead and motivate teams to ensure that each programme delivers to schedule, budget and quality, reducing time to market across the portfolio without compromising quality. You hold Prince2 certification.
  • Leading, managing and collaborating with senior stakeholders at CEO, CFO and Director level, using strong stakeholder relationship skills to influence and persuade across a complex organisation.
  • Managing strategic IT third party suppliers, building effective relationships through a business partnering approach, whilst ensuring service levels are maintained.
  • Driving strategic change and continual improvement through implementing and embedding new operating models, processes and standards.
