The Solution Architect role works closely with the Sales Team to build strong technical relationships with the current and prospective client base. It is equally important to build an internal profile with the various technical leads in the business and provide some mentoring to the Desk Based Pre Sales team.

The primary purpose of the role is to understand the technical landscape of the client and build multiproduct, technically viable solutions that address business needs, pains or issues. There is a requirement to establish and maintain senior technical level contacts within these client accounts and take personal pride in maintaining a high level of awareness of technology trends and advancements.

There is an expectation to be technically conversant across Hybrid Cloud, Office365, Security, Networking, UC and Voice whilst being commercially astute, enabling multiple technology solutions to be represented in manner that provides value to the client.
